Tioman Island, Malaysia (Scuba Certification)

Mersing is the Ferry Dock to Tioman Island

We had about a 2 hour wait - waiting on the tide to come in !

Of course Scott and resist a cat - and there are hundreds of strays here - he tries to get to everyone of them too !!!

 

Scott's Breakfast - it was pretty good stuff - except for those dried minnows - I passed on them !!

Our Cabin on Tioman Island - at first I thought you got to be kidding - but then I can to realize that we were in some very nice accommodations for Tioman - and they turned out to be just fine.

I liked the towel, looks at anyone home towels - Yeah !!

Real Busy little street - watch your step - those scooters come blasting past !

Scott newest hang out - cold beer and a beach front view - loved the bicycle for two !

10% grade is pretty steep - we will have to go exploring the next time we go !

We love the chef's hat - the drum pit - they just don't go together !

Vampire Bats hanging out in the trees all day long - they hang and fan themselves with their wings - hot and bright - why here ?

Eric - our scuba instructor - he was great fun !

Bruno and Yang - Bruno is their Dive Master - he was ragg'in on Scott for being such a big man and hairy too !!  He was funny !!
