Namibia - Road Trip - Omaruru Part 1a

We were happy that Scott was able to take a couple of days off, so we made reservations at a place about 3 hours drive into the interior called Omaruru. It is a game reserve that has a variety of game and a variety of how they are managed. A round the resort area, there is a watering hole that a large amount of critters come to each evening - of course they are feeding them, but they are also getting a drink for the night. We were amazed at the number of animals that arrived over the coarse of a few hours. Ostrich, Rhino, Spring buck, Sable, Zebra, Impala, Elan, Kudu, Oryx, other kinds of critters from the Antelope species that I don't know what they are, and just about every kind of bird you can imagine. I am sure I am leaving something/one out. All in all it was incredible to just be out of town for a couple of days.
